He wasn't running off the field. The worker didn't bump into him.
If the worker had retaliated Adams would have cried victim... just like he will when there is a lawsuit in his mailbox.
However, shoving someone is not much of a crime... but if there was a fine for being a POS then Adams would be in trouble.
Truthfully its a bad look for the NFL. I would be more surprised to see this swept under the table... I mean if my employee pushed someone forcibly to the ground and there was a video circling my neighborhood... I would have to fire that employee to save my business.
Anyway, I would love to see him buried for it. I would say the same for anyone who I saw did something like that. Likely a small fine and that's about the extent of it but he should be suspended for at least a game. IMO
