Az and Crylar Murray just weren't good enough to capitalize on it.
I bet the Rams figured that AZ and Murray couldn't beat that defense and that's why they used it so much.
I also bet that against teams/QBs that are good enough the Rams deploy their defense differently.
That is exactly why the Rams used that scheme so much in Az and they were right. Murray wasn't able to beat it. His team mates didn't exactly help him either by dropping so many passes. What a shame. lol
Let's see how way play them tonight. We will need to cut down on the defensive snaps count. It won't be a good thing if our D is on the field for another 80+ snaps.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
