Even last year he had some solid effort catches but not as reliable as Cooper Kupp or A healthy Woods back in the day. I am wondering about all the expectations of him silencing our need for Odell or any other WR on our roster. His name thrown out like our ace in the hole coming soon!
His development has been rather slow for a fairly solid route runner with hands. I am increasingly losing confidence in him or perhaps McVay to elevate our offense with quality and exceptional WR talent. Part of it may be scheme and the other Half is he McVay does not have a special nack for choosing WR. We have moved on from more productive and talented WRs and yet McVay only has produced Cooper Kupp.
Seriously though it is really up to McVay and Stafford to make step up and elevate our current pool.
