I still love Martz, in a way. No tolerance for any subpar performance. I don't know enough about QB play to opine on either QB, but to my inexperienced eyes, both looked pretty bad last year, and last weekend. Processing speed is something you can only coach so much. More than raw physical ability to me it's the most important thing an NFL QB needs to have. Drew Brees is one of the best examples of this - not physically imposing, not much on arm strength. Will assassinate a defense with precision strikes on every little hole in your defense.
