If Tutu resembles anything near Tyreke Hill or Desean Jackson he will be a great pick. Hill just got a boatload of money in FA because he is such an offensive weapon and DJ was a major weapon for multiple teams for a long time.
People keep worrying about whether he can or can't take hits. He can avoid many of them by racing past or around slower defenders.
People worry about his lack of blocking ability which we don't actually know much about. While physically small he will draw defenders away from the line which opens up lanes and with great technique he could seal off a defender on a running play on his side.
We know he is very fast and has very good hands. Two essentials for a great WR. I have no idea how he will do this season, but I am hopeful and will be screaming for him.
