Even in hockey fights, they aren't swinging weapons and going for throats. It's punching that is allowed until they fall down.

I think it would be a different story of AD swung his "fists" instead of a helmet.

IMO, AD needs to be the "bigger" person and use a little more self control at times. If a situation happens that requires "physicality", maybe find another way to get even like kicking the guys @ss during a play. No weapons, choking or eye gouges needed! lol
