Harris ... shaky hands

Harris has yet to demonstrate the ability to catch the ball even regularly, let alone when contested. Can't have that.

And it's hard to learn hands.

Allen and McCutcheon offer big targets for goal line and short yardage. Hard to see what Harris has that they don't do better.
