Isn't any fighting technically an assault? And battery? I would think that Collins' taking off Floyd's helmet was assault and battery. Throwing was another assault with attempted battery.
If someone snatched my glasses off of my face and threw them at me, and I grabbed a stick and hit them in the face with it, we are both being charged.
