I have no idea how anyone would think McCutcheon has passed Skow and TuTu when they have not had a snap in the pre season. Mcvay does not play starters an important skill position players in the preseason. McCutcheon very well might be more polished then Skow and might make the team but he has not passed anyone who the coach is protecting by not playing
How do you know this? Do you have some inside information the rest of us don't know about?
Just because they are not playing during the preseason games does not mean they are a lock to make the final 53.
