I remember watching that game back in 1988 in my USAF dorm. I was hoping to pull off a 21 to 19 win but DAAAANG! The Rams fired on all cylinders vs a VERY tough Giants D and AT New York! I don't think I had ever seen such a game before or since. Lansford even missed a FG. Rams won 45 to 31 but the game was far from that close.
