Way to make an impression in practice AND a game! What a nice encouraging start to this young mans career. I am starting to think he might be a really good possession type WR that might be able to do a bit more too!
All this kid does is make plays...BIG plays! He is out playing some draft picks that were taken higher than he was! He seems to "get it" and knows he has to work hard for it. Nothing will be "gifted" to him. And to think he is only going to get better!!! Wow!
His post game interview was great too. What a down to earth guy. Well spoken. Intelligent. If he keeps this up, It's gonna be hard to let him go. Right now, I would rather give up Perkins spot and keep McCutcheon.
Unlike some other players, this kid passes the "Ramsdude Eye Test"!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
