brown is a decent not great kick returner. i don't think he did anything else on special team for us but i may have just missed it.
funk is also a kick returner, no? does he play other roles on special teams? i notice the obvious stuff like kickers, punters, returners, gunners, blockers (meaning cory litteton types) but the other special teams stuff i tend to miss.
edit: does anyone recall brown being injured? i'm thinking maybe he was when we had anderson in for the previous superbowl run but i'm not sure.
