I know you're just joking around and it is something the Rams could probably pull off ... but there actually is an answer to your question.

The Rams would still have to line up with 7 guys on the line of scrimmage. The 5 guys in the middle of the 'line' would all be ineligible. The eligible receivers would be the guys on each end of the line plus the 4 guys not on the line of scrimmage.
