I take this as a bad sign

Not preparing enough -that's not a promising start to a career. If a rookie doesn't get that the NFL is a whole different level, then that shows a lack of maturity I think. You think Torry Holt didn't prepare enough as a rookie? Or Kupp? Or any player who's gone on to be a good to great NFL player?

I'm also disheartened to hear that he hasn't added the size the team was expecting. Its not that hard - especially if that's your job and you don't have much else to do for months and months.
