Yeah, he was a 2nd round pick but a pick for the Wade Phillips D.

That was 2 DC’s ago. Now he’s looking like a player without a position.

The addition of Wagner and the emergence of both Jones and Scott in this Morris D makes Rapp expendable, imo. And the $2M plus cap savings would be handy, too.
