Tutu will NEVER be as good as Steve Smith IMO.
Wow. I'm shocked he's not going to be as good as the guy who is #12 all time in receptions, #8 in receiving yards and #29 in TD receptions!!! Now that we've agreed that's an unattainable target, maybe we can just hope he makes the 53 and contributes to a great team?
I feel your sarcasm brother but it's cool.
It wasn't intended to be a prediction...just a comment to a reference of Steve Smith.
It was in response to Classical's comment below which I think was in jest:

If he manages to transform himself into a Steve-Smith-Like-Specimen, I just might be on board with him.The question isn't "Will he make the 53?". Of course he will but it might be his last chance to show something. I think McVay would let him go if he doesn't improve this year. Maybe one more year if Tutu shows any promise at all.
The big question will be will he be able to stay healthy and make some plays when given a chance?
If so, how will that be? As a WR or ST returns guy?
I am looking forward to preseason to see how much he has improved. I am hoping to see at least 2-3 big plays from him and no injuries!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
