If he manages to transform himself into a Steve-Smith-Like-Specimen, I just might be on board with him.
However, Smith had a little "bully" in him. A toughness that I just don't see in Tutu.
Can toughness be taught? I don't think so. Either you got it in you or you don't.
IMO, Tutu needs to "run away" from people and avoid contact. Smith would stiff arm you into the ground then taunt you afterwards as he danced in the endzone! Steve was 5'9" and 195 lbs too. Tutu will be lucky to max out at 170 lbs and getting to 170 won't be easy for the little guy.
Tutu will NEVER be as good as Steve Smith IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
