Re: 5 changes to the LA Offense in 2022: Upgrades or downgrades?

Fun article. Don't know about Big Whit coming back. Would love it. But, if he doesn't I don't see Noteboom as an even replacement. Whit is a HOF LOT. I predict Boom will be very good, but if he's as good as Whit we should all dance. Also not sure that Akers is an upgrade to Hendu. Interesting about Akers as a fumbler. Should be deeper with them both along with Williams so maybe it's an upgrade. Robinson over OBJ and Woods? I don't see this at all. Been discussed in other threads, but I don't see AR better than RW and OBJ was very important down the stretch. I can see us as much worse at the position. Backup TE? Not too worried. Blanton and Hopkins came through when it counted and there both behind Higbee. We're good there. Here's a couple of upgrades that I see as real upgrades. QB- Stafford was learning a new offense with all new players and won it all. This year he should be much more comfortable with both the system and players. Same guy, but should be a huge upgrade. MLB- Wagner over Reeder. Reeder was a try hard guy. An undrafted FA who worked his butt off to see game time. Wagner is a future HOF
Player and with all the other weapons we have on D he should have a fantastic year. Also, we have a youngster in Ernest Jones who will learn from him.
