Take instances of how many times he was positioned to be relied upon for a gameplan but ended up being unavailable in terms of executing it.

He has one year left. Rams should be phasing him out.

Akers is right behind him too. I love Akers game but he either shows he can be available this year or he will give way to Williams this season and another young draftee next year.
