Because I don't think he can handle Chase solo. Ramsey is one of the best all around corners in the league. There are no corners in this league close to him in terms of physicality vs the run and he can lock down most receivers by himself. But he's not the best cover corner and some of these young wideouts are going to be guys he will need help on. Chase is one of them.
