It's only a matter of time. He's probably dedicated to finishing out at least another season, maybe two, with Stafford playing like he has. But at some point the crazy money and the allure of being around the game while still having family time is going to win out.

Its a ticking timebomb. Money is too good and the hours, in comparison to the NFL Coaching grind for Coaches like McVay is a walk in the park.
