Isn't that the definition of good, "dependable and solid"? Not "great" but good. He delivered solid performance for the Rams. He now wears at least 2 SB rings as a featured back. He definitely brings something to the table.
I don't understand why the Rams didn't re-sign him unless it was a salary cap thing. Jake Funk hasn't been "good." Akers and Henderson have not been dependable. I'd keep Akers, Michel, and the ND RB. Let Henderson go and let Funk go or play ST.
