The Rams have played in London 4 times.

The Packers have never played there.

IMO the NFL isn't going to make the Packers give up home field advantage and possibly give the Rams an advantage by holding this game in London. The compromise would be Rams at Lambeau when the weather isn't bad - in September or maybe October.

My guess: Jets vs Packers in London.
