About the TE's

We have Higbee, who is an above average TE.

Does any team go three deep on quality TE's? Seems like worrying about your 2nd and 3rd TE is a very "first world problem."

Hopefully one of them is a pretty good blocker, and we can always use Harris as a 2nd receiving TE.

Don't forget, Brycen Hopkins was targeted twice on the final drive of the SB. He showed up with almost no playing experience. Seems like a good sign to me.
