Probably be after the Draft as they are trying to keep their comp picks for next yr. But not sure of HB situation with the comp pick stuff. Like Gilmore I dont know what comp pick they would have lost signing him before or during the Draft.
I was going to look it up but didnt I also wanted to see how many days after the Draft it takes where the comp formula dont apply no more. I read somewhere on Gilmore what we offered was close to the same but it was losing the comp pick was the issue as our Rams as they wanted to wait that certain amount of time after the Draft to keep the comp pick.
But as I mentioned in a previous post I couldnt see our Rams not adding Gilmore because of losing a 6th or 7th Rd Pick. So I will have to look it up and see what applies in that situation and how long you have to wait for it not to appy. GO RAMS !
