So he was out walking on the highway in the dark well before the sun even came up. No info has been printed yet that explains where Haskins was staying at the time, why he was out walking and not driving along the highway, Where was he coming from and where was he going, why he was on the highway and not a running track or a park (if he was out for a run). This whole thing doesn't make sense to me. I'm going to be on the lookout for answers that will probably never come.
