The Rams do 3 things very well.....

1. They identify CORE PLAYERS and CORE POSITIONS. Meaning that they won't go into a season with a question mark at LT, QB ect...And, if a player is ELITE then they simply keep em' and pay em' in creative ways for salary cap purposes.

2. They DEVELOP TALENT. Meaning they don't draft a player and throw them into action if they are not NFL ready. They get those players in the weight room. Get them on a nutritional diet. Get them to KNOW THE PLAYBOOK. Get them ready to take over a position when a player walks in FA.

3. The RAMS have ELITE COACHING and TEAM ENVIRONMENT. Which to me is really the secret to their success. "WE NOT ME" works! Whitworth was asked by Cowherd about why he thinks the Rams Win, what's he secret....Whit said, "It's the WE NOT ME attitude at Rams Park. We are a TEAM and truly enjoy each other. McVay makes going to practice a learning environment for EVERY PLAYER, not just the starters. It's truly a TEAM FIRST environment."
