AFC is getting stronger and stronger and as mentioned AFC West looks tough
meanwhile, NFC is changing with Seahawks rebuilding, SF retooling - possibly starting a raw QB, Saints lost Brees year before and now their coach, Brady has retired.....
IF I was a meme guy I would insert the Birdman rubbing his hands in the window gif here. Could this be the beginning of a Ram's "Patriot-like" Reign over the NFL via a weakened NFC?
I'm not so sure about this.
Green Bay still has Rodgers and will, essentially, be unopposed in the NFC North. Barring significant injury, they will continue to vie HFA and we haven't proven that we can beat them on the road.
With or without Jimmy G, Shanny has proven that he can beat the Rams in MOST circumstances. We still aren't guaranteed to even win our own division.
But with Wilson gone and no Sean Payton, the Rams, 49'ers, and GB are clearly the top-3 teams in the NFC (with either one fully capable of defeating the other).
