The terminology of "Team Build" is the hot thing now.

Certainly the ability to assess talent and fit them to our team is real work.
Your evaluations are incredible.
I'm not as in love with speed as I was, especially at ILB. But we see that perhaps the club might be. Jones is no slow poke, huh?

TBH, probably need a bit of both brawn and tempo. That's why it's good to have Reeder and a Jones.
It wouldn't surprise me to see UDFAs in the way of LBs that fit either profile
