Definitely doable

$32M for 2 years doesn't have to be a big cap hit in 2022.

Let's say a $20M signing bonus and take a look.

2022 $1.5M salary plus $4M pro-rated signing bonus = $5.5M cap hit
2023 $10.5M salary plus $4M pro-rated signing bonus = $14.5M cap hit
2024 no salary: $4M pro-rated signing bonus = $4M cap hit
2025 no salary: $4M pro-rated signing bonus = $4M cap hit
2026 no salary: $4M pro-rated signing bonus = $4M cap hit

This goes in the books as a 5 year, $32M contract but Miller would only play 2 years.

In 2024 the remaining $12M goes against the cap as dead money.
