He was a 7th round pick from a small school with a lot to learn. Showed some promise in preseason which is great but the odds of someone like that showing up much as a rookie just are never strong. Tack on the midseason addition of Miller and there was no room for him.

But I think guys like him, Brown IV and especially Rochell are very likely to have elevated roles in 2022.

Okoronkwo averaged about 19 snaps per game this year and my guess is Garrett picks those up going forward.
