Question - why draft a WR?

Alyo, you mention drafting a WR, but why would the Rams draft one? Aren't we loaded with WRs and aren't there other more pressing needs? I'm not a big fan of Skrownek because he dropped more than he should have but if I'm ok with him if he's the bottom WR on our team.
