McVay...
The Rams went "outside of the box" and took a chance on a young kid, and at 31 years old hired McVay to be the Rams HC! The Rams NEVER did that, EVER!
They would hire the ol' retread NFL HC.
McVay has taken the Rams and his "WE NOT ME" battle cry has put them ON TOP of the NFL MOUNTAIN!
Now, coaches want to come here because they know something special is happening at Rams Park!
