OK...after reading the actual LA Times article, I now understand the area where they're talking about (i.e. the old mall area as opposed to Canoga & Victory).
It's been awhile since I was last on that property. Hard to imagine from memory that it was that big to hold an NFL practice facility (i.e. 2 - 3 practice fields, lockers, fan parking, etc.). And traffic on Topanga
WOULD DEFINITELY be an issue.
