Agreed that this report was pretty ambiguous but the torn ACL has been reported elsewhere. This article, titled "Odell Beckham Jr. free agency 2022: Super Bowl-winning WR says surgery on torn ACL 'was a success' ", is a little clearer. [www.cbssports.com]

From that article:

... Beckham wants everyone to know he's not only already undergone surgery to repair his torn ACL, but that all went well and he's looking forward to getting back on the field in 2022.
