Out of curiosity, did you ever think that about Allen?
Point being I wouldn't doubt Carberry's ability to make a quality starter out of Evans. (But yes, the jury is still out on that.)
Point taken, AlbaNY. I honestly didn’t think Allen had a snowball’s chance to be our starting OC prior to last offseason. And I think most everybody else felt the same way. He was a pleasant surprise, indeed. Drafting Humphrey would have been even better, but still…
Are you suggesting that Carberry can do the same for Evans this year? Do you know or have you heard something that the rest of us have not?
