yes, EVERY GM and their team misses--we've had Atwell and others
but come on...Snead is money.
We harp on the failures . . . add in FAs and he's still top 2-3-4

However, Snead excels & ends up on target with his Trade-away players, Trades for players, Claimed off Waivers/Practice Squad, Trades in draft selections & Free Agent signings & Eye for good grooming UDFA's prospects.
