the FO preparing for the days post-AD... should I be?

I'm quite confident they're well aware of future needs, (so are you), and along the way I'd expect some goofs, a few anyway, and some rousing success stories.... one thing I don't think anyone can do, however, is expect another AD anytime soon. It could happen, but if AD is what he's touted as being... GOAT... that doesn't fall into your lap all that often.
