It actually isn't Kroenke's money that pays the players. Players get 48% of NFL revenuesand the owners get 52%. There is a cap on player earnings and Kroenke can't exceed it be a penny even if he wanted to.
The Rams have $208,200,000 to spend on players next year, just like each of the other 31 teams.
The Rams could give Donald, Kupp, and Stafford $50M each if they wanted to. Or they could pay everyone a flat salary of $4M. Or anything in between that you can think of. But regardless of Kroenke's fortune the Rams will not exceed that $208M cap.
Where Koenke's money does come in handy is building The Palace, paying coaches, providing excellent practice facilities & travel accommodations, having tons of scouts, etc. But player salaries? No way.
