Hopefully McVay comes back, I hope he realizes 5 more years would do him well, but if he does retire, it would be very sad and I know eventually he would want to come back. However, Raheem Morris would be the easy hire, but if I'm the Rams I would look at Kellen Moore. Young play caller former QB and it would be hard from a continuity stand point and maybe Morris is more like George Seifert then Richie Pettibone, but a young up & coming play caller worked the first time, I might follow that script again, even though at first, it might take a year or two.
