Not sure why or how...and I really don't care...don't need to see "stills" of alignments...don't need to hear long drawn out reasons why...don't need to see anything more than what I saw with my own eyes!
This D picked it up when they were needed most but have gotten better as the season went on. IMO, they played like a different D the second half or so of the season and IMO...it's a BIG part of why we won the SB!
I give credit to Morris for what he has done as the season progressed. For whatever reason...the D seemed more "aggressive" (maybe that's not the right word lol) and the "in game" adjustments looked to get better as well! We didn't look as "soft" at the end of the season as we did to start it.
I still don't think his critics were wrong early on but Morris proved us (me lol) wrong that he could get the job done!
I think Morris DESERVES credit, especially after all the heat he got early on. IMO, he is a great coach, person and motivator. I would not be disappointed if he stayed with us another year. I am curious why he didn't get more interviews for HC though.
Thank you Mr. Morris for helping our team get a ring and IMO...you earned yours!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
