He isn't all that different than most of us fans. We have expressed our dissatisfaction with ownership, management, etc over helmet designs, uniform colors, seat prices, etc. and if you look at what the greatest runner in the game was being paid by ownership and Shaw he likely has a bigger gripe than we do. What he is NOT is a disloyal Ram fan. He loves the team and truly wants his Rams to win the SB and every game they play. The criteria for whether you are a true Rams fan should have nothing to do with whether you accept or reject free tickets to the SB. Whatever criteria that might be he has passed it IMO.
