I think Stafford is hurt. What aches him? Dunno. The thing about saying it's his throwing arm is that he makes a good amount of very strong throws. Those darts he's throwing seem to indicate that all is well. But, on the 50 plus yarders they seem short. Might mean he's not stepping into them enough. Might be the wind. Maybe he's going to need multiple surgeries after winning the big one. Dunno. I will say that this dude really is tough and it would take something very seriously to take him out of the game. I predict he has a big game and we win. I also predict that he gets at least one fix in the OR in the post season.
Are we gonna criticize him for 50 yard throws now?
Those should be few and far between and only then if the WR is very wide open.
Heck, most QB’s wouldn’t even be capable of such an attempt.
