Ok I have a question...

How exactly DO they paint the field? ...and when they change it - sometimes overnight - how do they get rid of the "old" paint so they can paint a new design on it? I'm sure I could google it, but more fun to irritate people here. What type paint is it? Can't be water based cuz rain would wash it away.. Can't be oil based because they'd never be able to remove it.. I have been wondering about these things for a few weeks, now..
