This is from the original sweepstakes announcement sent out:

Each of the twenty five (25) grand prize winners shall receive the opportunity to purchase two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LVI in locations determined by the Los Angeles Rams in their sole discretion. The price of the Super Bowl LVI tickets shall be between nineteen hundred dollars and thirty two hundred dollars per ticket ($1,900 - $3,200).

Note that the prices indicated are the face value of the tickets as determined by the NFL, not the Rams.

Also note that this sweepstakes was announced before the Rams won the NFCCG. At that point they were guaranteed around 3,500 tickets as the host team. Since they are also a participant they get an additional allotment of around 12,250 tickets. The Rams said there would be more tickets available in the sweepstakes, but I never saw where they said how many more.
