I know the rules say no alternates unless you get it approved. Another recent Super Bowl team wanted to but didn't jump through the necessary hoops. The Rams need to do that. It might be as little as naming the modern throwbacks their official road uniforms and making the Bones their alternate, which I am all for. If Stan and the Rams push this I think they will be able to if they really want to.
