I think the Niners came into the game believing that they had to intimidate and out-physical the Rams and turn it into a street brawl in order to win. And they frequently crossed the line into dirty play. And in the case of Warner, went WAY OVER the line into assault. He should be fined and suspended for that dirty, thuggish play.
I posted the vid of Ward saying he was going to "pay him back"...that is premeditated assault isn't it? I don't have a problem with them hitting us hard but what Ward did was obvious intent to hurt. Watch his actions as he walks away when the flag is thrown.
Warner's hit was just plain cowardly and dirty on a player half his size and couldn't see him coming to defend himself. What a real man Warner is!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
