I agree with everything you wrote except that "how could it be anything else" referring to whether it was "ordered". That is precisely why I asked WHO made the order ? Bottom line is if you don't "know" who made the order then you don't know if it was "ordered". That's just simple high school logic.

I’ll counter with some high school common sense.
It seems extremely unlikely that the 49er player ‘cheap shotting’’ occurred in a vacuum. Virtually zero chance, actually.
Therefore, SOME kind of influence resulted in that behavior.
Call it logic or just common sense, but it seems that coaches are the most likely suspects here by this simple process of elimination.
No videos or damning texts will ever be introduced as evidence, but what else could it be?
