I have been thinking that our D needs to do what it was designed to do but much more tightly than we've done most of the year.
We need to squeeze the life out of that offense. Choke the running game. Contain the passing game. Challenge some short to medium passes, but above all tackle immediately.
I don't have visions of sacks. I mean, I do. But those are not the keys. That bunch attacks the middle, both horizontally and vertically. I want us to contain them and squeeze the life out of them.
I have visions of Aaron ranging along the LOS helping to choke things off. I don't think we beat them by mounting big pass rushes.
Of course, we could get a big lead and force them to try to beat us down field while the pass rush explodes on them. But I think we have to do a lot right in all phases to get to where that's the key.
