Here's my take for what it's worth. We have a better group of players overall than San Francisco does. We definitely have a better quarterback. We have the best player in football on defense. Overall I think our talent is just better

On the other hand coach shanahan is in coach mcveigh's head. He totally lives there. I feel like the best strategy based on that is to call a very solid vanilla game plan and don't try to overthink this one. Put your players in situations where they can just be better than the 49ers. Because if it comes down to the mental game or a chess game between two coaches shanahan is going to win it.
